- The Sohotel is a NON SMOKING hotel. We invite you to use our patio if needed. If smoking occurs during your stay, a $200 cleanding fee will be billed to your account.
- How many rooms does your hotel have?
- The Sohotel has 100 hotel rooms.
- What time is check-in?
- Our official check-in time is 3PM. Rooms are given upon availability.
- What time is check-out?
- Our standard check-out time is 11AM.
- Can I request a late check-out?
- Late check-out is based upon availability. Additonal Charges may apply
- Will my card be charged before I arrive?
- The Sohotel only captures credit card information to guarantee a reservation. Credit Cards will be charged in full during the Check-In process
- Can I store my luggage once I've checked out of the hotel?
- We provide free luggage storage for up to 12 hours from the time you check-out.
- How many guests can a Standard room accommodate?
- Our Standard rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests. For those traveling in groups of 3 or more we recommend our Regency, Regency+, and Deluxe Room categories. For detailed information, please visit our rooms page.
- Are upgrades available?
- Yes!, According to availabilty upon Check-In.
- Do you have wireless high speed Internet access?
- Yes, We offer free high speed Internet access in our lobby and public vicinities. We do not guarantee signal in our rooms.
- Is your hotel handicap accessabile?
- No, The Sohotel is not handicap accessable.

- There are 2 parking lots conveniently located around the corner from the property. Please inquire at the front desk for more information or email us for discount information.

- The B,D subway lines can be found on Grand & Chrystie St. The F line can be found on Bowery & Delancy St. The N, R, Q, W, 6, J, M, Z subway lines can be found on Canal St & Broadway.
