To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage. Our reservation form is fully secure.

INFORMATION

We use the information you provide about yourself when making a reservation only to secure and complete the reservation. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that booking.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website here if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new promotions. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

TERMS

  • The Sohotel is a NON SMOKING hotel. If smoking occurs during your stay, a $200 cleanding fee will be billed to your account.
  • Our official check-in time is 3PM. Rooms are given upon availability.
  • Our standard check-out time is 11AM.
  • You must be 18 years old or over to Check-In without the consent of an adult
  • All reservations made will be charged at arrival of the full amount.
  • The only time a reservation will be charged in advance is if it is part of a Pre-Paid Promotion Package
  • A valid credit Card & Identification is required for all reservations regardless of payment method.
  • The Sohotel simply holds Credit Card information in cases of Late Cancellations, No-Show, and for Incidentals.
  • Groups of more than 6 rooms are required 1-night payment per room at time of reservation.
  • Group Reservations must be paid in full 30 Days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be received within 48-Hours to arrival.
  • If you cancel with less than 48-Hours to your arrival date you are subject to a 1 Night Room charge.
  • If you fail to cancel your reservation you will be considered a "No-Show" and there will also be a 1 Night Room charge.

All cancellations and modifications must be sent by email and reconfirmed by the reservations department. We do not accept phone cancellations. If you'd like to make any changes to your reservation email us at reservations@thesohotel.com Upon cancellation, It is extremely important you take note of your cancellation number and person with whom you've spoken.

NEW YEARS 2011 TERMS

We will be implementing special terms for all New Years Eve 2011 reservations. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will not be honored.

  • All reservations for December 31, 2011 must hold a 2 Night Minimum.
  • Upon reservation, all guests will be charged for the night of December 31, 2011 ONLY.
  • The balance will be charged on November 15,2011.
  • All reservations that carry December 31, 2011 are non refundable / non cancellable.
